Modifying an Order

  • Can I change the products in my order?
        • Once the order has been placed it cannot be adjusted in any way
  • Can I change the address that my order is shipping to?
        • If you order has not yet been shipped then the team at Marino Espresso will be happy to change the final shipping destination
  • How can I change which payment method I use to pay for an order?
      • Orders paid for and then processed cannot have their method of payment changed.


    Cancelling an Order


  • Can I cancel my order?
        • All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee regardless of whether or not your product has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  • How do I cancel my order?
        • Orders eligible for cancellation must be cancelled via our customer service telephone line at (844) 972-5100
  • How will I be credited for a canceled order?
        • Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
  • Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
        • Once the order has already been shipped you may initiate a return once the product has arrived. It is considered a buyer’s remorse return, not a cancellation.
  • What if I requested it to be cancelled but it shipped anyway?
      • We will work to ensure your requests are met every step of the way. We pride ourselves on prompt and courteous responses. However, should we be unable to intercept the order prior to shipping, you the buyer takes responsibility for returning the product.



    Products which are out of stock or on backorder

  • What if the product I want is out of stock?
        • If a product you want is unavailable, you may contact our sales team to place a pre-order once the product is back in stock
  • What if the product I want to order is discontinued?
      • In the event that the product you are looking for is discontinued, our knowledgeable staff would be more than happy to help you figure out alternatives for the discontinued machine

     

    Questions about my shipment

  • When will you ship my order?
        • Most orders will ship same day if the order is placed prior to 2pm EST. Sometimes that is not the case and the product may ship the next day. In all cases your product will ship within 24 hours of the order placement.
        • Sometimes we may require additional information prior to shipping and therefore the process may be delayed based on our communications (rare cases)
  • What products qualify for free shipping?
        • Free shipping on orders over $50 to the lower 48, excluding orders containing commercial products
  • WIll all of my products ship in the same box?
        • It’s possible yes, but in many cases products will ship separately. For every individual shipment you will have tracking number to keep a close eye on your order
  • Will all of my packages ship using the same shipping method?
        • The shipping method may vary from product to product possibly resulting in staggered transit times,
  • Will you ship to a PO Box?
      • No, we will not ship to a PO Box. Primarily to avoid fraudulent transactions.


    Tracking my Shipment

    The lion's share of orders will have a tracking information so that you can track your orders progress as it makes its way to you.


  • When will I get my tracking information?
        • You will be notified of shipment within 24 hours of your order and subsequently will be emailed a tracking number for your use.
  • The shipping company doesn’t recognize my tracking number, why is that?
      • With the major shipping carriers, it sometimes takes up to 3 days for your tracking number to become traceable.

     

    Returns and Exchanging Orders

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

    • For qualifying returns and exchanges, we strongly recommend you keep all of the original packaging for 30 days in case you need to return your order.
    • An order within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for return depending on the item. Items such as new or lightly used espresso machines, coffee makers, coffee grinders and accessories qualify for our return policy.

    Credits & Refunds

    • What will I be refunded?
      • For an authorized return you will be refunded to purchase amount to the payment method used less our original cost of shipping and any administration fees you are subject to
